ShareMagic: Live Full Schedule

While the schedule may vary, due to the nature of an online event, here is the current plan for our free ShareMagic: Live event. All times are in EST

12:00pm - 12:10pm: Opening with Joshua Jay and Andi Gladwin

12:10pm - 12:45pm: Harapan Ong Lecture.
Singapore’s Harapan Ong will demonstrate several highlights from his smash-hit debut book Principia, as well as new and unpublished material. Harapan is one of the most followed and admired online magic personalities, and here you’ll get a rare glimpse into the methods behind his magic.

12:45pm - 1pm: Jim Krenz Lecture
Jim Krenz is an intimate advisor to some of the world’s best magicians, and he is one of Juan Tamariz’s closest confidantes. Jim will give a brief lecture on two of his favorite “pet” routines—magic you can and will do.

1pm - 1:30pm: Justin Willman interview with Joshua Jay.
Justin Willman is, perhaps, the most visible magician in the world right now. His hit Netflix show Magic for Humans continues to dominate the airwaves as he tours America’s largest theaters. In this candid interview, Justin will open up about his creative process, what drives him to do so much, and what’s next in his illustrious career.

1:30pm - 2:00pm: Dani DaOrtiz lecture
The one and only Dani DaOrtiz will share new card material with us directly from his home studio in Spain.

2:00pm - 2:20pm: Andi Gladwin Lecture
Andi will present his signature move, the Master Pushoff. You’ve likely heard of the move and you may have seen it referenced, but now you’ll see it in action. By the end of this lecture you’ll be well on your way to DOING this elusive but practical sleight.

2:20pm - 2:40pm: Caroline Ravn Lecture
This Swedish magic star has burst onto the scene with her unique brand of magic. She will cover how she has garnered such an intense online following, and how she assembled her stage act.

2:40pm - 3:10pm: Morgan & West Lecture
As their debut hardcover book Parlour Tricks tops the magic charts, this Time-Traveling Magic Duo will discuss scripting.

3:10pm - 3:30pm: Joshua Jay Lecture
Joshua will detail a control and color change that looks AMAZING live and on camera, and all sorts of applications for both moves.

3:30pm - 3:50pm: Daniel Garcia Lecture
One of the brightest minds in magic today will present a unique lecture on the close-up magic that has taken him around the world. Do NOT miss this opportunity to see unpublished DG material!

3:50pm - 4:00pm: A surprise event!

4:00pm - 4:30pm: Harrison Greenbaum Lecture
Professional comedian Harrison Greenbaum will give us his hilarious and savage take on the state of magic right now. Then he’ll put comedy aside to present a brief lecture on the structure of comedy in magic.

4:30pm - 4:45pm: Another surprise event!

4:45pm - 5:15pm: Jeff McBride Stage and Parlor Lecture
What better way to close out our online convention than with one of the finest magicians in the world. While most of ShareMagic: Live focuses on close-up magic, Jeff will take us on a masterclass of parlor and stage magic.

Watched the entire 5 1/2 hours. Great event. I didn’t win anything probably because us old guys don’t understand the hashtag stuff but still enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you very much it was a great way to bring the community together during these difficult times. I hope it lives up to your expectations. It certainly exceeded mine.

Wonderful live event and terrific teachers!!
I had some trouble in the internet connection, yesterday...

Terrific idea to put this together and I can imagine what went into the planning. Watched the whole event, but lost a few things due to internet connections. Hope this has been recorded for us old folks that can't remember much. I did have a problem keeping up, so I would need to see this over again. Thanks again for all your hard work, Andi and Joshua and also a big thank you to all the guest speakers!!!
